RepliesAI is an AI-powered texting assistant built to help you figure out what the hell to say next.

It is not affiliated with Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta, or any other messaging platform.

And yep, RepliesAI is for people 18+ only. 👀

If you have the attention span of a Reel, here's everything you actually need to know:

Your personal texting style/profile is designed to stay on your device. We use it to make suggestions sound more like you and less like a robot who just discovered emojis.

RepliesAI isn't sitting in the background reading your chats like:

The assistant processes relevant conversation content when you actually use the bubble.

☁️ When you ask for a reply, some stuff has to leave your phone.
The relevant conversation context can temporarily travel through our backend and AI provider so the AI can actually generate your suggestions. Revolutionary concept: the AI needs to see the thing you're asking it about.

🫥 We don't build a permanent chat diary.
RepliesAI does not intentionally retain your conversations as chat history.

📸 Photos are different.
If you use Dating Mode or Story Reply and ask us to analyze an image, that image may temporarily go through our backend and AI provider for that specific request.

You still have to hit Send.

This policy explains what information RepliesAI processes, why it processes it, what stays on your device, and what may temporarily be sent to our systems or AI providers.

No corporate poetry. No 46-page sentence explaining what a cookie is.

🧬 Your Texting DNA

RepliesAI can learn how you like to text so the suggestions feel more natural to you.

Your voice profile can capture patterns such as:

• English, Hindi, or Hinglish usage
• Typical reply length
• Frequently used words and phrases
• Emoji habits 😂
• Capitalization
• Punctuation
• Casual vs. formal style
• Humor
• Teasing
• Sarcasm
• Flirting
• Abbreviations and texting habits

The goal isn't to create an AI clone of you.

It's to stop giving you replies that sound like:

“I appreciate your perspective. Perhaps we should explore this further.”

Bro.

Nobody texts like that.

Your communication/style profile is designed to remain on your device.

The AI just gets better instructions on how to sound like you.

📸 Training with screenshots

If you choose to train your texting style using screenshots, RepliesAI can use OCR on your device to extract relevant texting patterns.

Those raw training screenshots aren't uploaded to our servers as a permanent training library.

Instead, the useful style information is turned into your local profile.

Your texting DNA stays with you.

The AI just gets better instructions on how to sound like you.

👀 On-Demand Only

RepliesAI isn't supposed to be your phone's nosy neighbor.

The Accessibility permission exists so the floating assistant can interact with supported apps you've explicitly enabled.

The basic flow is:

You're chatting → you tap the RepliesAI bubble → relevant visible content is read → suggestions are generated.

That's it.

RepliesAI isn't designed to continuously read every conversation happening on your phone just because you granted the permission.

And if you never tap the bubble?

We're not sitting there waiting for the tea.

⚡ Real-Time, Then Poof

When you ask RepliesAI to generate a reply, the relevant conversation context may be temporarily sent:

Your phone → RepliesAI backend → AI provider → RepliesAI → your phone

The AI processes that context and generates your suggestions.

RepliesAI does not intentionally retain your conversation as permanent chat history.

That means we're not trying to build some giant searchable database of everything you've ever texted.

We're processing the context needed for the request, generating the answer, and not treating your conversations as a permanent RepliesAI archive.

📸 Photos & Screenshots

Some features need images because, well, sometimes the picture *is* the context.

💘 Dating Mode

If you upload a dating profile photo or other image and ask RepliesAI to analyze it, the image may temporarily be sent through our backend and AI provider to perform the analysis you've requested.

📱 Story Reply

If you use Story Reply and ask RepliesAI to understand an Instagram Story screenshot, that screenshot may also be temporarily sent for AI processing.

These images aren't intended to become a permanent RepliesAI photo collection.

🚫 We Never Send For You

This one's simple.

RepliesAI suggests. You send.

The Accessibility Service may allow RepliesAI to insert a selected suggestion into the message composer.

But the final decision stays with you.

There is no automatic:

“Oops, RepliesAI just sent ‘I miss you too ❤️’ to someone you haven't spoken to since 2022.”

Nope.

You press Send.

Every time.

Your conversations remain yours, and your decisions remain yours.

RepliesAI isn't designed around serving you ads based on the things you privately text.

There are no:

Your conversation is used for the purpose you asked for:

👤 Your Account Stuff

Some information has to exist for RepliesAI to actually function.

If you create an account, we may store things such as:

• Google account information used for authentication
• Account ID
• Credit balance
• Usage information needed to enforce limits and credits
• Session/authentication information
• Other information necessary to operate and secure your account

This information is different from your conversation history.

We need to know:

“Who owns these 50 credits?”

We don't need:

“What exactly did they say at 11:43 PM last Tuesday?”

🪙 Credits & Payments

RepliesAI uses credits for AI generations.

Currently, authenticated FREE users receive 5 free generations per day.

Paid credits expire 30 days after each purchase.

When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by the relevant payment processor.

RepliesAI doesn't need to store your full card or UPI credentials just because you bought credits.

We receive the information needed to confirm the purchase and update your account.

So yes, we'll remember that you bought credits.

No, we don't need your UPI PIN.

Obviously.

🔐 Accessibility Permission

RepliesAI uses Android's Accessibility Service because that's what allows the floating assistant to work with supported messaging apps.

Depending on the feature, this permission can allow RepliesAI to:

• Inspect relevant visible content
• Identify the active conversation/composer
• Detect when the assistant should be available
• Display the floating bubble
• Insert a selected suggestion into the message composer

You choose which supported apps RepliesAI is enabled for.

And again:

Accessibility permission does not mean RepliesAI automatically sends your messages.

You still control the Send button.

🧠 One Shared AI. Your Style.

RepliesAI doesn't create a separate giant AI model just for every user.

There's one shared AI model doing the heavy lifting.

Your personal style is represented through a compact communication profile that helps guide the suggestions.

That profile can evolve based on signals such as:

• Suggestions you choose
• How you interact with suggestions
• Edits you make to generated replies
• Finalized replies, where supported

So over time, the goal is simple:

**less generic AI.
more “yeah, I'd actually send this.”**

📴 You Can Control Where It Works

RepliesAI is designed to let you choose which supported apps it can work with.

If you don't want RepliesAI available in an app, you can turn that app off in the app's settings.

You don't have to give RepliesAI a backstage pass to every conversation on your phone.

Pick where you want it.

Use it there.

That's the whole idea.

🗑️ Account Deletion & Data Requests

If you want your account deleted or want to make a privacy/data request, you can contact us using the contact details provided below.

We'll handle information according to applicable requirements and our ability to remove it.

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for things such as:

• Legal obligations
• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Financial/accounting records
• Resolving disputes
• Legitimate operational requirements

We also won't claim that one email magically deletes every copy of data across every third-party system on Earth.

Because apparently that would be lying.

🌍 Where Your Data Goes

Depending on which feature you're using, the flow can look like:

Your phone → RepliesAI → AI provider → RepliesAI → Your phone

For normal reply generation, relevant conversation context may be temporarily transmitted so the AI can generate the requested suggestions.

For Dating Mode and Story Reply, images you explicitly submit for analysis may also be transmitted for that requested processing.

RepliesAI does not intentionally maintain these conversations or images as permanent chat history.

🧑⚖️ Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to you, you may have rights relating to your personal data.

These can include rights around:

• Accessing certain personal information
• Correcting inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion
