At RepliesAI, you have full control over your account and associated personal data. You can request account deletion at any time, whether you currently have the app installed on your Android device or have already uninstalled it.

DATA PROTECTION LIFECYCLE

7-Day Scheduled Deletion Grace Period

When an account deletion request is submitted:

01 IMMEDIATE

Immediate Session Revocation

All active sessions and device tokens are immediately invalidated. You are automatically signed out across all devices.

02 7 DAYS

7-Day Safety Window

Your account enters a pending scheduled deletion state for exactly 7 days. You can cancel at any time simply by signing back in.

03 FINAL PURGE

Permanent Purge

Once the 7-day grace period concludes, our automated scheduled deletion system permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and associated user data from our databases.

How to Request Account Deletion

Choose the method that applies to your current device status:

PREFERRED PATH

Method 1 — From the App

If you have the RepliesAI app installed on your Android device:

  1. Open RepliesAI Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Legal.
  3. Tap Delete My Data.
  4. Read the confirmation notice explaining the 7-day grace period, then tap Confirm Deletion.

You will be immediately logged out and your account will be scheduled for permanent removal after 7 days.

ALTERNATIVE PATH

Method 2: If You No Longer Have the App Installed

If you have uninstalled RepliesAI, lost access to your device, or cannot open the app, you do not need to reinstall the app to request account and data deletion.

Because RepliesAI accounts authenticate via Google Sign-In, you can request account deletion by contacting developer support from your registered Google email address:

  1. Send an Email from your Registered Google Account:
    Send an email to the developer support contact listed on the RepliesAI Google Play Store page from the exact Google Account email address you used to sign into RepliesAI.
  2. Subject Line:
    Use the subject: RepliesAI Account Deletion Request
  3. Email Body:
    Include your registered Google email address and state:
    “Please permanently delete my RepliesAI account and all associated personal data for [Your Google Email Address].”
  4. Identity Verification:
    To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, requests submitted without the app must originate from the verified Google email associated with the account.
  5. Initiation & Grace Period:
    Upon receipt and verification of your request, an administrator will initiate the deletion in our system. Your account enters the same 7-day grace period before permanent purge.

What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

In accordance with our locked Privacy Policy and backend architecture, here is exactly what happens to your data:

Active Sessions & Tokens Immediately Revoked All session tokens and authentication sessions are invalidated immediately upon request.
Chat & Image History Not Stored RepliesAI processes chat context and photos on-demand in real-time. We do not maintain a permanent chat diary or photo archive.
Feedback & Bug Reports Anonymized Voluntary feedback and bug reports retain defect diagnostics but have all user identifiers permanently set to NULL.
Legal & Financial Compliance Minimal Retention Only minimal transactional logs strictly required or permitted by applicable law (e.g. tax, accounting, fraud prevention) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
RESTORATION & REVERSAL

Cancelling a Deletion Request

If you change your mind during the 7-day grace period:

  • In the App: Simply sign back into RepliesAI with your Google Account before the 7 days expire. Logging in cancels the pending deletion request.
  • Without the App: Send an email from your registered Google email address with the subject Cancel RepliesAI Deletion Request before the 7 days expire.
